Woodpecker - Lake Taillefer

This lovely wooden house is built on a hill, nestled in amongst balsam, firs and maples. For those wanting a peaceful paradise, you can't ask for much better than this.

There is a short walk to the lakefront with it's dock and seating area, and this is shared with the guests of Log's Nest, and the owner's friendly dogs!

You can paddle out in the canoe, or dive from the platform into the sparkling water.

And with the delightful village of St Agathe des Monts just a short drive away, there's lots to do if you can drag yourself away from the perfect deck and beautiful surroundings. The lawned area is a haven for birds and wildlife and the wraparound cottage deck makes the perfect observation point.
